My web page would not be complete without pictures of my family. Like most kids, I have family on my Mom's side and my Dad's side. Since Mom and Dad are my favorite, I will start with them.
My Mom is great. She knows how much I love her and I show her in so many ways. She says all the time how much I have taught her about life, and she has taught me so much, too. She cherishes every aspect of my development, and there is never a small accomplishment. She tells me that I make her really proud to be her son. I say "ditto" to her. Mommy adopted my little brother, Anthony, in 2007. Anthony is four years younger than me and one of the best kids I know. We may not share the same genes, but we share the same love for eachother (except of course when he is being a pain)! In May of 2009, mom married my stepdad Dan. I like to take credit for them having met. They met through a swimming program designed for children with special needs. He is wonderful and I am so happy he is my Dan-topher! I now have an older stepsister, Hannah, who is 5 years older than me.
Next is my Dad. He is a lot of fun to be with. He has been my hero since the day I was born. He didn't skip a beat when he found out that I was born with lissencephaly. He always says that he is going to be right there by my side for the whole ride. He's an alright dude too. He is now married to my stepmom, Jess, who happens to think I am pretty cool too. I have a sister, Kiara, a brother, Alec, and a baby brother, RJ.
I love everyone with all my heart, and I know that they all love me. I am so blessed to have so many people in both my mom and dad's life that love me so much! What could be sweeter than that?
My family...
Next, let me introduce my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. They always make time for me, and everyone treats me like a typical kid. I don't get to see some of them very often, so I hope that they will visit my web page to keep updated on what a good job I am doing.
